Jennifer Grabmeier is a trained team science facilitator and skilled storyteller who works with researchers to develop complex, interdisciplinary teams and proposals; initiate large grants; and devise strategies for communicating and scaling efforts. As part of funded research projects, she designs and facilitates all-hands meetings, capacity building workshops, community engagement programming, and more. She is also a published contributor to the science of team science and co-instructor of EEOB/ANTHRO/ENR 5510 Interdisciplinary Team Science, with lead instructor Mark Moritz and Charlene Brenner, Jeffrey Agnoli, Leo Taylor, Courtney Price, Jera Niewoehner-Green and Risa Pesapane.
Jenny has extensive experience leading high-performing, multidisciplinary creative teams, including co-owning Gifted Communications, a boutique agency that specialized in multi-media fundraising and storytelling for non-profit organizations, and directing the Ohio State University Foundation communications team to help launch the university's first-ever $1B comprehensive campaign and first-ever brand guidelines. Previous positions also include communications manager for BalletMet Columbus, arts editor of a weekly alternative newspaper, and graphic designer for a homebuilder and a suburban newspaper publisher.
